When Worlds Collide

When Worlds Collide is a true home brew. It's a weird mish-mash of stuff that I like and stuff that I had just laying around. For instance, it contains:
1) Golden Promise malt (from England)
2) Cara Munich malt (from Germany)
3) Chinook and Cascade hops (from the U. S. of A.)
Thankfully, everything manages to work quite well together. This ale is a golden color, with a nice malt sweetness and a huge, bitter hop wallop. It should keep me happy all spring.
